Lentz Spelt Farm Presentation 1PM
“Heritage Grain & Oil Seed Trends In Europe”

RenĂ© Featherstone, agricultural journalist and partner in Lents Spelt Farms of Marlin, Washington, recently traveled to Germany to interview growers, chefs, researchers, marketers, and retailers about the ancient grains; spelt, emmer farro, and camelina. He will give a presentation on his findings and about the importance of intercropping or “Mischkultur”. A question and answer session will follow.
